Delivery
Each of your orders is shipped the same day, with love, from our warehouse in France near Paris.
If you order before 12pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), the order will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday.
During busy periods, order preparation can take up to 72 hours.
For small parcels (less than 5 parcels) we use the carriers GLS, DPD and TNT.
For shipments larger than one pallet, we use Schenker and Geodis.
In Metropolitan France
- Standard delivery within 48 hours: €25 excluding VAT
- Delivery is free for purchases over €500 excluding VAT for France and Belgium.
Europe and International
-Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. For any order under €1500 excluding VAT, the delivery charge will be €50 excluding VAT and for any order of €1500 excluding VAT or more, the delivery charge will be €70 excluding VAT.
-Other countries: Delivery costs at €70 excluding VAT, this price can be adjusted depending on volume.
* For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, product prices and shipping costs will automatically be offered excluding taxes, representing a 20% discount on the total invoice. Administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.
In case of problem:
From the date you receive your package, you have 48 hours to declare a dispute, so contact us at pro@lavantgardiste.com and by phone at +33 7 56 97 55 55
Terms :
- You must send us photos of the damaged package(s) within 48 hours . All damaged products must appear in the same photo. Signs of breakage or deterioration must be clearly visible .
- You must send us a photo of the shipping box and the shipping label within 48 hours.
- Your request will then be processed within 48 hours by our teams. If your dispute declaration is accepted, we will resend or refund the value of the damaged products.
